Van, nominated for his role in EastSiders, talks about the project and teases season two, plus reveals his sentiments on the ending of As the World Turns where he played the memorable role of Luke Snyder, and was part of the final controversial love story between Luke and Reid. Good morning moonlight. Thank you for sharing Van's interview with us. I really enjoyed watching it. I couldn't believe Van was singing the praises of the As The World turns writers Jean and company for killing off Reid but I can understand why he would praise the writers for killing off Reid because he some really good meaty material to play when Reid and that is challenging for an actor. But as a fan, I still hate how Reid and Luke's storyline ended because I really wanted them to have a happy ending with their family and I also wanted them to have a pet and couple of kids as well because I am a hopeless romantic.

i hate what they have done to LuRe and i will never forget that ;(

we all wanted to have for them an happy ending..... and we are all kinda romantic as well ,you are not alone with that ^^
