this will feature everyone, but will mostly be a Jessie/Melinda/Sanda and their guys story.
ch 1
As little nine year old Cosmo Kramer lay in his bed, trying to sleep, he couldn't help but start to cry. He couldn't let his father hear him; there would be big trouble if he did.
He was too young to understand what was going on, and that it wasn't his fault. All he knew was that his father was angry all the time and his mom cried almost every night. During the day, when his dad was at work, he would try to make his mom happy by telling jokes or exaggerating about what had happened at school. Pretty soon he found that the wilder the stories were, the more his mom laughed. He loved to see his mother smile.

He didn't know why, but during his one year in jail, he'd had time to think about his childhood. It still hurt when he remembered all of the bad things that had happened to him, but he knew with his friends' help, he would get past this. Jail wasn't so bad; he found that he had a way of making everyone around him, both inmates and guards laugh, so sometimes he would get special treatment. Sometimes he would get called out of his cell at night, and he recalled the day's events for the night guard. In return, the guard would often give Kramer a Coke or a coffee, or even better, a cigarette. It was no Cuban cigar, but who was he to complain?
George, now he was a complainer. He whined about everything, and needless to say, life in jail wasn't easy for him. Jerry did stand-up for the other inmates; sometimes they would applaud wildly or other times he would get booed from the stage. Sometimes they threw popcorn at him; at which Kramer would gather up the popcorn and save it for later that night. A crafty one, that one was.

It was the night before he got released, and he had a nightmare. It was so realistic, it brought him back so many terrible memories.
“It's your fault! If you weren't such a brat I wouldn't have to work at this awful job! You know what, kid? Being at that hell hole sure beats hanging around with you!”
“But Daddy,” little Cosmo protested.
“Don't backtalk me or you're really going to be sorry. You know what, Selma? You can keep your kid and the d**n house. I'm gone. Don't try to find me, because you'll both really know what sorry means!”
With that, Kramer's father walked out the door, never to be seen again.

Finally, it was the day that Kramer and his friends had been waiting for. At noon they were released, exactly one year after becoming incarcerated. He'd seen Jerry and George plenty, but because Elaine was a female, she was held in another block and he hadn't really seen her in all that time. Boy he missed her.
After realizing that it was just the four of them, for the first time in ages, they all hugged as if they never wanted to let go.
Even Jerry, who didn't really care for hugs, was quick to embrace his friends. It had been one long year indeed, and all he wanted to do was get back to New York so the four of them could pick up the pieces of their lives again.
No more NBC, maybe no more comedy, who knew what the future held for any of them? But together they had survived, and with that knowledge, they hopped on the bus courtesy of the tickets Jerry's parents had sent them, and they decided to go home.
