It was Pam’s weekend with Christopher, and Bobby and Sanda were looking forward to a day at the zoo. They had taken his son there a month ago, but Bobby had promised her that they would go there, just the two of them. They would have time to enjoy a leisurely stroll and see all of the things that Sanda had wanted to see and skip things that she didn’t care for, like the snake exhibit. Sanda had had a bad week at work and was really looking forward to this.
Just when they were loading up the car Sanda felt a sprinkle of rain fall on her. “Oh no Bobby.” She tapped him on the shoulder.
“I felt it too but I thought if we ignored it it would go away,” Bobby sighed as he shut the trunk to the car.
“Better hurry, it looks like it’s getting ready to come down.” They ran in the house just as it began to pour.
Sanda sighed as she sat down in the kitchen. “What can we do on a rainy Sunday afternoon?”
“I could make my famous Rice Krispie squares?”
“That sounds good. I do have a sweet tooth, you know that.”
“You are just sweet, period,” Bobby said, pulling her in for a kiss.
Sanda watched as Bobby prepared the treats. He was as good in the kitchen as he was in the bedroom, and that was saying a lot. He moved quickly and efficiently, and in no time the treats were ready. Soon they had had their snack and were wondering what to do next.
“We could watch a movie?”
“Let’s play a game instead,” Sanda suggested.
“How about Monopoly, JR’s favorite game?”
Sanda agreed. Bobby looked at her. “I think we should take this upstairs.”
“What do you mean?”
“What do you say we make this a little more interesting?”
“Whenever you land on someone else’s railroad, utility company or hotel you have to remove an article of clothing,” Bobby grinned.
“Do you know how often those railroads are landed on?”
“I don’t plan on it being a long game,” Bobby smiled.
Sanda nodded. “Let’s go.”
They went upstairs and began to play. It didn’t take too long before Bobby lost his shirt.
“I like this already.”
They could hear the rain continue to pour down as they enjoyed their game. Bobby was the first to get a monopoly, on Baltic and Mediterranean. He immediately built up hotels, much to Sanda’s amazement.
“You would do that to your own wife Bobby Ewing?”
“Hey, it’s business.”
“You sound like JR,” she pouted.
“Take that back,” he laughed.
“no. And you just landed on a railroad. Take off a sock Mister.”
Bobby obliged. There wasn’t too much more he could take off.
Pretty soon Sanda and Bobby had both build up monopolys, with Sanda landing Boardwalk and Park Place. Bobby’s luck had run out and he needed a twelve to land on Go. No such luck. He landed an eleven.
“Okay Bobby. You know what you have to do. Pay up.”
He started to count his money.
“Not the money.”
He looked at her. “you’re going to make me do this?”
“It was your idea. Now hand them over.”
“Okay, You asked for it. Bobby removed his boxers, and then went in for a kiss. “You’re next missy.”
“I didn ‘t lose,” she laughed.
“There are no losers in strip monopoly.” Bobby removed her bra and underwear and gently began to make love to her. They slid under the covers and held each other for a long time, listening to the sound of the rain. If things like this happened, maybe it should rain on Sundays more often.
