Stort story with Luke and Reid

Luke and Reid were over at Lily's and Holden's house. Faith came in she was acting really strange. Reid whispered to Luke, "I think she is stoned, she has been smoking something".

Luke walked over, "Faith you smoked pot"?

"What are you going to tell on me Luke"?

"Upstairs now, I will be up in a minute". Luke turned to Reid, "When my Parents come back from the kitchen, tell them I'm with Faith"

"Oh know you are leaving me alone"?

"You will be fine, I will be down in a minute".

Luke ran upstairs, Reid walked over sitting on the couch. Lily and Holden walked out with the drinks. "Where is Luke"?

"Oh he went upstairs to see Faith he will be down in a minute".

Lily smiled she put the drinks down, she handed Reid his coffee.

"Thanks".

"Well Reid how are you , and Luke doing"?

"Great why do you ask"?

"He is my son".

"I know but you could ask him, but he is happy Lily"

"Good".

Holden smiled, "Sorry Reid Lily will never stop worrying about Luke".

"I'm fine with that, but I wish you both would lighten up just a little. We are happy, really happy, trust me on that"

"We do". Holden said. Reid was hoping Luke would come down fast, he didn't feel comfortable alone with his Parents.

Luke walked over to Faith, "Give me the pot Faith".

"Why I only have 2 joints, give me a break. "

"Give it to me now".

"Fine are you going to tell Mom and Dad"?

"No, but if you do this again I will. You are to young, and where did you get this from"?

"A friend".

"Faith I'm going to keep my eye on you, don't do this again". Luke walked out of the room, and ran downstairs. Luke walked into the living room, "Sorry I had to talk to Faith"

"About what"?

"Nothing Mom".

Reid looked at Luke, "Luke"

"Reid we should get going, I'm exhausted".

Luke got up but Reid yelled, "No Luke tell them".

"Reid".

"I'm not comfortable with not telling your parents".

"Oh God I promised her I wouldn't".

"What is wrong, one of you tell me now"?

"Faith smoked pot Mom, she won't do it again. I took it off of her, she said she will never do it again".

"Oh she is in trouble, she is grounded for this". Lily ran upstairs, Holden touched Reid's shoulder. "Thanks for telling us Reid, Luke you were wrong keeping this from us. She is your sister what if it continued, and she got into worse stuff. I will talk to you later, I better get up there to keep your Mom calm". Holden walked upstairs, Luke grabbed his coat, and walked out the door.

Reid ran after him, "Luke come on, I'm a Doctor , I have seen what happens with kids her age, it could get worse".

"She is my sister not yours"

"Luke stop being this way, it was the right thing to do".

"Yeah now my Sister won't trust me thanks a lot Reid".

'I'm not sorry for what I did Luke, forgive me or not, I did the right thing". Reid walked over to the car, and Luke followed him, and got in the passenger side door.

Chapter 2

Reid and Luke were driving home, Luke wouldn't talk.

"So I'm going to get the silent treatment, all night I see"

"You had no right, she is my sister"

"I'm your lover, and partner, so I'm not important. I'm a Doctor, her Parents deserved to know the truth"

"Oh did you do anything you were not proud of as a teen"?

"Yes of course, what is your point"?

"My Mom will nag her forever, she will hate me thanks to you"

"Fine don't expect me to be part of your family's life than"

"What"?

"You asked me to go over there as your Partner, but your treating me like I'm a stranger, and I don't like it"

"You are not a stranger, I'm just pissed ok"

"Fine". They got to the house, Luke ran up the stairs, and opened the door. Reid locked the car doors, and went into the house. Reid heard Luke banging stuff in the kitchen, he walked in.

"Luke stop she will forgive you, she needs to be grounded. She needs your Mother to give her a lecture"

"Oh your so great around kids Reid"

"Yes I'm great with Jacob so lose the attitude"

"Than don't talk to me " Luke yelled

"Fine I will sleep in the guest room". Reid walked upstairs, Luke was shocked he has never seen Reid more angry. He knew Reid was right, but he hated lying to Faith. Luke called his Parents house Holden answered, "Hello"

"Dad how is Mom, and Faith"?

"Oh it didn't go to well, Faith is in her room"

"She hates me right"?

"Yeah but Reid more Lily said it was Reid who spilled the beans"

"Oh great Mom had to do that right, now she hates both of us"

"She will get over it you should have told us Luke"

"I had a big fight with Reid Dad"

"Luke don't be a fool he didn't do anything wrong you did"

"Bye Dad I'm not dealing with this right now"

"Talk to you tomorrow, I'm sure Faith will understand eventually"

"Bye" Luke hung up, he took the marijuana out of his pocket. He smoked when he was teen, he knew how Faith felt. It was fun but it was messed up it gets you in trouble sometimes. He smiled he felt like lighting it up, and forget about this night. He put it in his pocket, and ran upstairs.

Luke knocked on the guest room door.

"Go away Luke, I'm real tired"

"I'm coming in" Luke opened the door, Reid was laying on the bed. "What Luke I'm not fighting with you anymore"?

"I called home Mom and Faith had a rough time, but Mom told Faith it was you that spilled the beans"

"Who cares she can hate me, but I'm sure eventually she will get over it"

"I'm sorry for treating you badly"

"Forget it go to bed, maybe we should sleep apart tonight"

"No I hate when your not near, it hurts when you work the night shift"

"Luke I was hurt that you treated me like I didn't belong in your life. I understand she is your sister, but I was thinking about her, and you. If she got hurt due to drugs you would never forgive yourself. I know you love her, but tough love is the best thing for her. I'm a Doctor I have been there when many parents get the news their child is dead, I would hate that to happen to Faith"

Luke walked over, "Forgive me Reid, lets not go to bed mad". Reid smiled, "I forgive you, I love you Richie Rich". Luke moved close bringing his lips over Reid's, as he went into his arms.

Chapter 3

Luke and Reid undressed, and got in bed laying in each others arms. They were exhausted this was one of the longest days of their lives. Luke whispered, "I almost smoked that joint downstairs"

"You didn't did you remember your transplant Luke"?

"I remember once when I was 13 I was so stoned, I went to Grandma's Emma house thinking she wouldn't realize. I said I was sick she grabbed me and shook me so hard, and said she raised a lot of children, and if I ever disrespect her going to her house to hide from my parents , she would give me a beating I would never forget. She never hit me in my life, but she scared the living crap out of me, I never tried it again"

"Yeah I could see Emma doing that". Reid laughed, "I did once, I was trying to act cool in University. I was real cool, I fell in the pool, and almost drowned. I made a fool of myself, I swear that stuff is so not worth the bother"

"She is just a kid, next time something might happen to her Reid"

"That is why I told your Parents, I'm sorry it might seem wrong to you. I knew you were trying to be the great Big Brother, but telling her Parents was the right thing to do. She could be on that crap, and be at a party, and someone could take advantage of her."

"Great your scaring me"

"She will forgive you, maybe not me, but you yes"

"She loves you more than me Reid, she told me that once"

"What"?

"We had a fight, she said you were to good for me. It was around the time, I was pining over Noah"

"Yeah you were acting like a idiot at that time, she was right". Luke was laughing Reid smiled, "I forgive you for that, but do you understand why I did what I did tonight"?

"Yeah I understand, and I should ask you to forgive me"

"Well maybe I will if you give me one of your famous back rubs"

"Deal". Reid turned over, Luke grabbed the oil pouring it over his back. He whispered, "Relax". Reid shut his eyes, Luke's hands were so amazing as he moved over his back. Reid whispered, "Oh don't ever stop". Luke moved down to his lower back, Reid smiled, "Wow what are you doing"?

"I need you Reid, please say your game for a little fun". Reid smiled as he turned over pulling Luke close. They kiss as Luke whispered, "I love you Doc".

"Prove it". Luke laughed, "With pleasure". They both slowly kissed, and than they were making love, with so much passion, they both gave themselves completely to each other. Reid collapsed beside Luke as they both smile, they were so out of breath they couldn't speak. Luke put his hand into his as they stared at each other, they didn't have to speak, they knew exactly what the other was feeling, and thinking, because they both felt the same way.

Sweet update Jessie. I LOVE the talk that Reid and Luke had in this chapter about Faith, and Noah before they made love. Reid and Luke are soo perfect for each other. OMG I can't stand Noah at all girl. Noah was the worst thing that ever happened to Luke.

Chapter 4

The next morning Luke woke up, and looked at Reid sleeping beside him. He touched Reid's arm, and whispered, "Reid "

Reid opened his eyes, and smiled at Luke.

"Hey Sexy what time is it"?

"7, you have to go in today don't you"?

"Well I can go in later, I can spend some time with you"

"I had this dream last night Reid it was real amazing, and when I woke up, I saw you laying beside me, and I wondered if someday my dream would come true"

"Well what was your dream about"?

"Well first you asked me to marry you, it happened in your office at work, and you gave me this amazing ring, and I said I would marry you, and we made love in your office, we were so happy Reid. We talked about kids, and having a family, but I know that will never happen"

"Why wouldn't it"?

"Reid you can see us with children"?

"Well obviously we can't get pregnant, but we could adopt. I have had dreams about being a Father but every dream I have it is a little girl, she has red curly hair, and you will never guess what her name was in my dream"?

"Annie the red hair is a dead giveaway"

"I don't know what you mean"?

"The movie Annie you have seen it right"?

"No "

"Why the name Annie than"?

"You remember that patient I told you I lost. I adored that little girl, and when she died her Father blamed me. I actually gave her a longer life, but to a parent that isn't enough"

"Oh I forgot that guy that punched you that day"

"Yeah, I don't blame him but I did everything possible to save her. She was so sweet she never gave up, and she was so cute she would laugh right up until the day she passed away. I see her in my dreams, and sometimes I think I hear her voice, and it scares me. I wonder if she is angry at me too, I wish things had been different, and that her Parents didn't have to suffer because they lost their little girl."

"You are the best Doctor in the world, and I know with all my heart you did everything in your power for Annie"

"I know that in my head but sometimes I second guess myself"

"Well don't do that, and I for one could see you with our little girl, and the name Annie is sweet"

"You think"?

"Well you have to make a honest man out of me Reid Oliver, when are you going to ask me to be your partner in every way"

"You are my everything"

"But not your husband"

Reid touched his chin, and whispered, "Well let me do this right, I want to take you out to dinner. I want to go for a drive, and than let me do this right with a ring, and everything"

"I don't care about a ring Reid, all I want is you"

Reid brought his lips over his, and whispered, "You have me already Sexy". They laid back, and before they knew it they were making love, and were snuggling together when the phone rang.

Luke reached over grabbing it, and said "Hello"

"Luke it is me Faith"

"Hey Faith I thought you never wanted to speak to me again".

Reid smacked his arm, and Luke covered the phone.

"What"?

"Just be nice, and don't get her mad at you again".

"Fine" Luke put the phone back to his mouth, and whispered, "Sorry Faith"

"Luke I need to speak to you , and Reid, can I come over"?

"What about school"?

"I can miss the morning, you can write me a note"

"Yeah and Mom would freak out if I did that"

"Can you worry about me, and forget about how Mom is going to react"

"Fine take a cab over, and I will pay when you get here"

"OK see you in 1/2 hour "

"See you than". Luke hung up, and whispered, "She is coming over, my Mom is going to freak out"

"Well we will deal with that later right now lets see what she has to say"

"What if I say the wrong thing"?

"You won't you are amazing Sexy, and if you want to be a Daddy, you have to learn how to talk to kids"

Luke smiled, "Get dressed Doc, I am going to need you"

Reid got up, and they both got dressed, and went downstairs.

Cute update Jessie. Reid and Luke are so cute and adorable together in this chapter. I am so glad that Faith called to talk to Reid and Luke. I hope that everything works out for Faith.

Chapter 5

Faith arrived at their place Luke paid the cab driver, and they walked inside.

Reid asked Faith if she needed to talk to her brother alone?

"No you can stay I want to say sorry to both of you. I acted awful, but I was angry, I hated that you caught me, and told my Mom of all people"

"Your parents had to be told, it was my fault faith"

"It was my fault not yours Reid, and I understand why you talked Luke into telling on me"

Reid smiled, "Luke would have done the right thing on his own he loves you Faith"

"I know he loves me, and he loves you too Reid"

"Yes we finally got it right, we are happy"

Faith smiled, "You guys seems happy, why couldn't Mom, and Dad be like you two"?

"Is Mom and Dad fighting again"?

"Yeah now Mom is going to use me as a excuse. She said Dad lets me get away with murder but really Mom shouldn't treat him that way he works hard, and he had nothing to do with me bringing drugs in the house"

"You seem to know you did something real stupid"

"Yeah but I came here today to say sorry, and to ask you something, and I hope you will say yes to my request"

Reid looked at Luke who was a little worried, but they told her to ask them anything"

"Mom is going to freak but I want to live with you two here"

Reid was putting his coffee to his mouth, but he started to cough, and almost spit his coffee out. Luke was speechless, Reid finally spoke up.

"Oh Faith we would love to have you with us but your parents will never allow it"

"Why Luke is my Brother, and you basically proved you are like the drug police, I can't live with them right now"

Luke sat beside Faith, and touched her shoulder.

"Faith you know Mom, and Dad love you, and Natalie, and Ethan would be devastated if you moved out"

"Oh I get it you both don't want a teen moving in just say it"

"Lose the attitude you know Mom just as much as me she freaked when I moved out, and I was 21"

"I know but I can't stand it there I will run away if I stay there much longer"

"Oh Faith I will talk to Mom, but Reid lives here too, I have to think of his feelings too"

"I'm fine Reid if Faith can put up with your annoying habits so can I".

Luke grabbed a pillow throwing it at Reid, and he laughed.

"OK it is my annoying habits your brother is perfect". Reid said as Faith whispered.

"He thinks he is but he is annoying".

Luke laughed, "Like you are a Angel Faith"

"Everyone wants me to be a Angel but I'm never going to be perfect, and I'm OK with that"

"You are pretty perfect , I will deal with Mom, it isn't going to be pretty"

"I know"

Reid laughed, "Keep me out of it, I will let you two explain it to her"

"Oh someone is scared of Mom Luke"

Luke smiled, "No he is smart staying out of it, we will do this together"

Reid said he would go to work, and call them later. Luke cleaned up, and after he told Faith they should get this over with, but he wanted her to promise she would stay calm, because he knew his Mom wouldn't.

Great update Jessie. I LOVED the talk between Reid, Luke, and Faith in this chapter. I hope that Luke and Faith will be able to persuade Holden and Lily to let Faith live with Reid and Luke.

Chapter 6

Luke and Faith got to their Parents home, and went inside. They didn't get the door shut before Lily came running over to Faith asking her how dare her leave the house without permission.

"Mom I was at Luke and Reid's place. I need for you , and Dad to listen to my request, and really understand why I'm asking"

"Go to your room , and I will talk to Luke, and come up, and see you after"

"No Mom you have to listen to what Faith is asking she is hurting, and I can understand why right this moment"

"What are you saying Luke"?

"You don't listen you never do you have your opinion, and everyone has to listen to what you want, but you never give us a chance to speak, and it drives us crazy"

"How dare you Luke"?

"I love you Mom but where is Dad sometimes he is the only one that ever listens to us"

Holden came out of the kitchen with Ethan. He could see that they were fighting so he told Ethan to go upstairs he would be up soon to play his new game with him.

Ethan smiled and said Hi to Luke and Faith, and ran upstairs happy that his Dad was going to play his game later.

'I heard you three yelling from the kitchen what is going on now"?

"Mom will not listen to what we have to say, Faith wants to come live with me, and Reid, and I think it might be a good thing for her"

Lily and Holden were shocked, but Lily said, "No way that is happening"

"Why Mom I love Luke, and Reid is real nice, and they understand me"

"Really they are your best friends now"

"No Luke is my Older Brother, and they would not let me get away with anything. I'm not happy here Mom, I'm not saying I will never come back, but for now I want to live with them. Please say it is ok, I need to get away from you both fighting all the time. You fight over everything Dad can never do anything right in your eyes"

"How dare you Faith"?

"It is the truth, Luke and Reid will make sure I go to school, and I will keep my studies up. I know they will not tolerate me doing anything bad Reid proved that by freaking out when he knew I had drugs. I'm sorry I disappointed you, and I swear I never really did drugs before but I am so unhappy here right now"

Holden walked over, "I will miss you Faith but if you need some space I understand"

Lily was shocked, "You are handing her over to Luke and Reid"?

"No she is going to stay with her Brother until she is ready to come home. Lily I have seen she is not happy maybe Reid , and Luke will help her deal with her problems"

"I'm sorry but I'm against this but if your Father is so welling to let you go I will not stand in your way. If anything goes wrong it is your fault Holden, and I will never forgive you".

"Mom I promise you everything will be ok". Luke said but Lily walked away making Faith go to her Dad, and hug him.

"Thank you Daddy"

"Go grab some of your things before she changes her mind. You call everyday young lady, and remember this is your home"

"I know Dad". She turned, and told Luke she wouldn't be long. She ran upstairs, Luke smiled at Holden.

"Dad thanks for standing by Faith, I know it is hurting Mom but Faith needs this right now"

"I understand I hope your Mom will come around but don't count on it"

"Should I go to her"?

"Let me you get Faith out of here, and give your Mom a day or two to come to terms with it"

Luke hugged Holden, and said Thanks.

Faith came downstairs carrying two bags, and her comforter, and one of her favourite stuffed animals. Luke grabbed a bag, and smiled asking her if she said goodbye to Natalie, and Ethan.

"Yes they are upset but I told them you will let them have a sleepover so we will be together real soon"

"Lets get going" Luke helped her with her bags, and they left, he put the stuff in the backseat , and they drove off.

"How would you like to go tell Reid the good news"?

"Yes lets go tell him"

Luke smiled, "You do know you will not get away with anything living with us right Faith"

"I know Luke don't worry"

"I will always worry so don't do anything to make me regret this"

Faith smiled, "You will love me living with you both we can watch romance films, listen to music, and party"

Luke looked over, "No school work, and chores, and maybe some fun but no parties girl"

"Oh ok" They both laugh as they drive to the hospital.

Great update Jessie. I LOVED the talk between Luke, Faith, and their parents Lily and Holden in this chapter. I am so happy that Lily and Holden agreed to let Faith live with Reid and Luke for awhile. I just hope and pray that Lily and Holden don't regret letting Faith stay with Reid and Luke. I just hope and pray that Faith behaves herself while she is living with Reid and Luke and that she doesn't get into trouble. LOL I love this Reid and Luke story you are writing for me. Thank you so much for keeping Reid and Luke alive in all of your awesome stories. I miss them so much.
